30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@tucady.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Email us at support@tucady.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
Shipping Costs
• Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping costs.
• Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
